2. Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Training Programs in welding, inspection, NDT, and testing.

  • Skill Development Workshops designed to meet industry standards.

  • Certification Services upon successful completion of training and assessment.

  • Guidance & Placement Assistance (where applicable).

3. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age or provide parental/guardian consent if younger.

  • Participants must meet any prerequisites for specific training programs (where applicable).

  • By registering, you confirm that all personal and academic details provided are accurate.

4. Enrollment & Payments

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as agreed.

  • All fees must be paid within the specified timeline.

  • Course fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the company cancels the program.

  • Certificates will only be issued after full payment and successful completion of training requirements.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Attend training sessions regularly and maintain discipline.

  • Follow safety protocols, especially during welding and practical workshops.

  • Not engage in misconduct, plagiarism, or misuse of training materials.

  • Respect trainers, staff, and fellow trainees.

6. Certification & Results

  • Certificates are awarded based on performance, attendance, and assessment results.

  • The company reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.

  • We do not guarantee job placement; however, guidance may be provided to suitable candidates.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Training is provided as per industry standards; however, we are not liable for employment outcomes after certification.

  • We are not responsible for injuries or damages caused due to negligence, unsafe practices, or non-compliance with safety instructions by trainees.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the training fee paid.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All study materials, manuals, and content provided are the property of Advance Beuro Shipping Marine.

  • Students may not copy, distribute, or use training materials for commercial purposes without prior permission.

9. Termination of Enrollment

We reserve the right to cancel a student’s enrollment if:

  • Fees remain unpaid.

  • The student engages in misconduct or violates safety rules.

  • False information is provided during admission.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued enrollment or participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
